It's just so frustrating that I have to start over every time I fall.

This achievement is rather difficult and is considered quite hard. Due to its hard difficulty, the power cell reward for this achievement is higher than most achievements. Infinite Mode level achievements are usually not affected by this and they still keep their 25-75 power cell rewards.

Introduction[]

A Bumpy Ride is an in-game achievement in Run 3. This achievement is found in Level 53.

Suggested Characters: SkaterFront DuplicatorFront PastafarianFront

Gameplay[]

This achievement requires you to dislodge at least 40 tiles in Level 53. This is pretty difficult because the crumbling tiles are scattered around in small sets. Additionally, there's no way to know how many crumbling tiles you dislodged (unless you're really good at counting them or estimate from the achievements bar), so you don't know how close you are to dislodging 40 tiles. The easiest way to do this is to fall off then jump to the first two tiles and then stay in that row.

The most obvious character to use is the Skater, as he's the character you're expected to use. Basically, you're expected to use the Skater's speed to skate across the rows of crumbling tiles (which really is bumpy)! You should play the level backwards for an easier starting position. To do that, hit pause (or P) and hold the previous button for 2 or more seconds. Then, unpause, and you can play the level backwards! If you hold the previous button again, then you will play forwards again. If you go to the Galaxy Map and click on a level if you were playing backwards, the level will reset to face forwards.

Using the Duplicator makes this achievement easier since his duplicates can also crumble tiles, he can have good work on them quickly. However, he costs 6000 (or 25000 on mobile) power cells, so it will be a while before you unlock him.

The Pastafarian is also useful as the light bridge ability can take her from one set of crumbling tiles to the next, both quickly and efficiently. She also costs 6000 (or 25000 on mobile) power cells, so you will need to save up in order to get her as well.

The Lizard also helps as its maneuverability makes it easier to reach crumbling tiles.

Trivia[]

A Bumpy Path is a Run 2 bonus level that causes the Skater to just sort of bounce.
