This is Level 8 of the B-Tunnel in Run 3.

First off, this level has low headroom. Use low-jumping characters only. Try the Lizard’s high jump and you will fly out into empty space. So you should use a character who jumps relatively low and far. They also need moderate maneuverability, and the Child matches all of these. Even though his maneuverability is "the worst in the game," his slow speed compensates and he is able to turn fast enough. Also, his long airtime gives you time to turn while in the air.
The Pastafarian’s bridge makes this level easy, as continuously reinforcing it will make the bridge go over almost every tile. This level will be easy with the Pastafarian considering how much smaller the level is.
Lastly, the Runner is also a good choice, because she is an all-rounder and can beat most levels easily. Play using the normal strategy and you will beat the level in no time.
