Street Artist's POV:
"Waitress please stop blaming yourself for Student's death.."
Waitress:"She gave up her life to protect me. I wish I just gotten hit instead.."
"You're not alone in people you wish lived instead of yourself..I lost my closest friend to that pyschopath last year."
I sighed a bit, looking at the walls. It looked just like the maze but..it felt colder and..oh god.
There was a puddle of blood on the floor..and it looks like it's new. With Waitress holding the baby close..we followed the blood trail to see..
Pure hell.
Waitress:"Oh god.."
"Is that.."
The walls were covered with blood, almost painting them,And the figure in the middle of it..
Was the dead, dismembered body of the Gamer.
Chemist's POV:
"Is..it really you.. Sailor?"
Sailor:"Yes.."
He did not look good. Half of his body was covered with scars and injuries, his clothes were slightly torn and covered in blood,and..His left hand was missing. In a few seconds,we were hugging each other and crying uncontrollably.
Runner:"We thought you were dead..."
Sailor:"I thought you were too..I didn't know if Chemist survived back then..then I woke up here."
He began to tell us what happened to him during these 6 years. From the time he woke up,the extreme mental and physical torture they put him through and..when he managed to get free yesterday and hid in here. When he finished..he noticed Runner's leg.
Sailor:"What happened to you?!"
Runner:"Long story short..We were trapped in a maze a year ago and..I ended up losing my leg due to the critical condition of my injuries."
"It hasn't been a great last few years."
Sailor:"I'm just glad we're together again.. How's dad..?"
Runner,who began to cry,Told him about when we found him that day.
Runner:"Shortly after the bomb explosions..when we went to check up on him..we found him dead in the living room."
Sailor:"Oh no.."
"Sailor.. Thanks for saving me that day. I wish this never happened..I wish things would've stayed the same.. without the heartbreak, meeting people in one day..them dying,some of them protecting each other..and without the death.."
I helped Sailor up as Runner checked the door to see if anyone's coming. Then we crawled into the darkness.
