The mogul skiing in this level is quite hard to just tough it out and fly over, because that way you have close to no control of where the character lands. The only obvious ways out are either slowly and steadily crawl over with the Lizard or just completely bypass them as the Bunny.
The Lizard normally could just change platforms on command, but more often than not the ramps get in the way, where they might guide the Lizard to somewhere, causing it to fall out of the tunnel. Try to stay on one platform as long as possible, however take note that you can jump and skip some mogul skiing. Use the blue rings as a moment to chill out, change wall to what would fit your next move best.
The Bunny, at max speed, can skip two or three ramps at one time, so try to get some momentum going, jumping only when you simply have to. But the ramps are quite high for the Bunny's default hop, and hitting just one ramp when snowballing your speed could throw you off, back to square zero, or worse, catapulting the Bunny straight into the top of the level and into nowhere. Again, try to maintain air time, except changing to other platforms means you can hit the middle instead of the edge. With a few tries, that should do it.
Overall, this level's difficulty comes mostly from the mogul skiing, being much shorter than the previous level, and an understanding of the said feature should get you across to the longest level in Run 3.
